Periods are intense moments for a woman's body and mind. They may raise physical discomfort and feelings of insecurity. So, to help women embrace and navigate cycles and times of change, Pantys and Headspace launch Listening To Our Bodies, a new series of guided meditations. A short video for Pantys's youtube channel and blog will disclose the full course, available on Headspace, with free access to Pantys buddies.

Periods can feel like quite intense moments when our body focuses on getting one process done: releasing the energy that was once not used.
You may experience some tingling and swelling but don't worry. It will eventually go away soon.
In those moments, the breath can be very beneficial for the mind to focus on and get you through the days.
Take a moment to get comfortable, sitting on a chair or the floor with your hands on your legs.
Closing your eyes now, start noticing your breath. Mind every in-breath and out-breath, and observe how your body feels.
Feel the expansion of the body and where your breath is most present. Mind the air going down to the toes, the legs and the stomach. Feel it getting bigger at each inhalation and smaller at each exhalation. Repeat this a few more times. It will help the energy flow at ease.
Periods are a natural process of our bodies, reminding us of something recurrent in our lives, nature, and the world around us: impermanence.
